YouTube Automatic Captioning Moves Out Of Beta

In recent years websites such as CaptionTube and independent services made videos and audio more accessible to deaf or hard of hearing people. Summary Of Deaf Education Conference 4/3/2010

On March 4th, 2010, a new joint policy document was launched by the Catholic Institute of Deaf People, Trinity College Dublin, the Irish Deaf Society and DeafHear.
