IDK’s March 4th Information Session – Update

IDK is extremely grateful to everyone who contributed their knowledge, experience and services to our Mainstreaming event in Dublin on Friday, March 4th. All feedback, ideas and discussions are now being followed up.

Some presentations from the day:

  1. The IDK Story – Caroline Carswell, founder of Irish Deaf Kids
  2. The Visiting Teacher Service – Claire Sheehan and Beng Ling Johnson
  3. Bridges To College – Darrelle Keegan, University College Cork

Two parents and two teenage students presented on the day, without slides.

We will be in touch with all attendees for feedback on the event. For now, feel free to post questions or comments here, and we’ll follow up with you.

Thanks to The Educational Company & EdcoDigital for supporting the event.
